Madonna may be pushing 53, and her new film W.E may have taken ten years of research in the making, but the Vogue singer looked every bit the Global superstar she is at its premiere in London held at the Kensington Odeon.
For the bash, Madge donned a black maxi dress by John Paul Gaultier with a matching Dolce and Gabanna black laced cape showcased over one shoulder tied around her neck in a scarf-like manner. Not so sure about the striking red fingerless gloves M-Dawg.
The film's leading lady Andrea Riseborough, who plays the role of Wallis Simpson, looked just as stunning in a mulberry gown. Although the actress could have done with a little bit of height to give it that Red Carpet extra. Co-star Natalie Dormer opted to follow in her Madgesty's highly styled foot steps turning up in a chic black number complete with laced three quarter length sleeves. Meanwhile leading male James D'Arcy wore a modern silver toned suit whilst Richard Coyle donned a dark navy variant with his lady friend looking rather sensational by his side in a terracotta gown.
W.E documents the love story of American socialite Wallis Simpson and Britain's King Edward VIII, who abdicated the throne for love in the 1930s and is Madonna's second major directorial debut.
