Fallen star Amy Winehouse has been on the cover of pretty every tabloid newspaper since her tragic and untimely death occurred on July 23, and now NME has given the 'Back To Black' star a special tribute by giving her a final cover for their upcoming issue.
The UK rock mag also gave a further ten page spread dedicated to the life and times of the Grammy Award winning Amy adding “Following the sad news of her death, NME pays our respects to a true icon and the most talented singer in a generation over 10 pages of classic and unseen images, heartfelt tributes and enduring memories of a daring talent whose life ended far, far too soon."
Amy's funeral took place yesterday and was an intimate ceremony attended by close family and friends held in a London synagogue. A poste mortem has been carried out on the singer, but a cause of death is yet to be established.
