Having recently debuted the cover art for her highly anticipated new album '4' Beyonce Knowles has released the long awaited and extensively hyped up video for the project's lead single 'Run The World (Girls)' which surfaced yesterday, exceeding expectations. In a nutshell, B slayed it!
The Diplo produced track's accompanying video directed by Francis Laurence who's previous credits include The Pussycat Doll's sexually charged club anthem Buttons and Lady Gaga's renowned hit Bad Romance. In a recent interview with Billboard, the Crazy In Love singer stated that her new track "felt a bit African, a bit electronic and futuristic." Something the video definitely incorporates set in a militaristic apocalyptic world in which Beyonce Runs This Motha with her horde of female followers, a lion and a few hyenas too. Basically Beyonce's the Queen B.
