All new Glee aired in the US on Fox last night with episode six of the current third season entitled 'Mash-Off' which saw the New Directions face off against friends and foes alike with the newly formed rival all-girl Glee club suitably named the Troubletones.
Trouble is exactly what they spell for the ND crew with Mercedes (Amber Riley) and Santana (Naya Rivera) heading the vocals for the group with phenomenal dancer Brittany (Heather Morris) backing them up with the moves. The girls took to the stage for the final five minutes of the all-new episode in black frocks performing a stunning rendition of Adele's hit tracks Someone Like You and Rumour Has It in the form of a mash-up.
And what a mash-up it was. Hands down one of the best Glee has had to offer over the last three years by far. The Troubletones are set to go up against the New Directions soon as both clubs hit sectionals. It is wrong we want the Triple T's to triumph?
