Katy Perry's new colourful video 'Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F)' has arrived! Now we all love an adopted alter-ego but I think I adore Katy Perry's...Kathy Beth Terry. A geek on the outside but comedic party girl on the inside.
The California Girls singer is well known for her music video antics but this time she has brought along some famous friends of hers to aid her in getting the party started.
Darren Criss aka Blaine appears from Glee with show choir co-star Kevin McHale playing a pivotal role as Perry's love interest whilst internet annoyance Rebecca Black cameos as Kathy's best friend who gives her a slutty neon make-over. Hanson also make a brief appearance rocking out in the backyard...which is where you will find them most days.
The Dr Luke and Max Martin produced track serves as Perry's fifth offering from number 1 sophomore effort 'Teenage Dream'. A full 8 minutes of the non-stop hilarity delivered by the Firework star was released today following Katy's tweet "HERE'S THE DEAL: if u get KATHYBETHTERRY TRENDING I will RELEASE the REAL 'Last Friday Night' video... ready. set. GO:KATHYBETHTERRY!"
