H&M to Collab with Versace

H&M are no strangers to collaborating with top guest designers from the likes of Stella McCartney in 2005, Jimmy Choo in 2009 to the more recent 'Lanvin Loves H&M' collection featured in 2010. Now the Swedish Fashion retailer has teamed up with Italian fashion designer Donatella Versace to bring styles for both men and women this fall with the addition of some home decor thrown in for good measure.

The collection is reported to take inspiration from the classic Versace style. Boston Herald quoted Versace as stating "The collection will be quintessential Versace, perforect for H&M and Versace fans everywhere." Expect studded dresses for all!

H&M dropped this official statement regarding the Versace team up commenting on the reinvention theme "For H&M, Donatella Versace has looked backed to the archives...The womenswear collection will be dominated by dresses that fit right in with the spirit of the season, featuring studded leather and colourful prints..." H&M also informed that the menswear line would "focus on sharp tailoring, including the perfect tuxedo, as well as belts and jewellery for men too."
We can't wait and being under the umbrella of H&M will also make the range completely affordable. For more information on the Versace's new H&M tailored line take a look at their website hm.com

The collection will be available November 19. Take a look at the announcement video below.
