Gluten free Gnocchi
When Alan and I were on the month of gluten free food, I was sick and tired of trying products and getting bitterly disappointed. It was grainy or tasteless or just tasted like cardboard.
So.....instead of complaining about it, I went on the warpath and started making my own gnocchi. Using the gluten free flour, we made this recipe.
Gluten free Gnocchi
750g desiree potatoes
pinch salt
2 eggs

Spinach, Mushroom and Pyengana Cheddar
Two things have changed recently. One....we are coming into Autumn, which means the end of Summer and sweating it out in the kitchen for another year; and Two....time for a menu change.

Gluten-free Muffins
My mum has a gluten allergy. It has taken nearly 25 frustrating years for my mum to find out what was wrong. It wasnt a known allergy years ago, but now there are all sorts of products that are gluten free. When mum and dad were staying with Alan and I we went on a gluten free spree!! I wanted to cook gluten free food from scratch, so I went on the hunt for a gluten free flour.
