Pink and dipped in hundreds and thousands





Just before getting injured, I was crazy busy at the deli. Functions here, fruit cakes there and one fabulous little party to cater cupcakes for. Jemma asked me to make some mini cupcakes for her little girl who loves pink and some adult cupcakes for the parents!


I jumped at the chance to use our Cupcake Wrapper Co wrappers and go wild with the pink. I want to share with you how cute

Cupcake Mania





So on Monday we are holding the RSPCA Cupcake Day at the deli. It is going to be buttery, flavoursome and icing colours everywhere.......are you in???
And of course we are using our Green Eggs and there will be gluten free cupcakes too!

Gluten-free Muffins

My mum has a gluten allergy. It has taken nearly 25 frustrating years for my mum to find out what was wrong. It wasnt a known allergy years ago, but now there are all sorts of products that are gluten free. When mum and dad were staying with Alan and I we went on a gluten free spree!! I wanted to cook gluten free food from scratch, so I went on the hunt for a gluten free flour.

Time flies

Opening up Windsor Deli was one of the scariest things that I have done. The only solace was that I wasn't opening up a business by myself. I was opening up with my husband, Alan and my parents as the backers and cheer squad. Being in the industry for 8 years didn't prepare me enough for all the dilemas, dramas and genuine "oh my god, this is ours" moments. So here I am again, sitting in the
