I expect some new phases of life this summer, and shall try to get the honey from each moment. ~Lucy Stone
Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall - I'm striving for the "honey from each moment".

Wednesday Wings with Summertime Bokeh

Tuesday dawned dark and dreary and Wednesday will be more of the same. We are expecting 2-3 inches of rain with wind. So I thought I would share a summertime image! As much as I like the monarch butterfly, I think I like the background bokeh in this pic just as much.
Wishing you a bright and sunny day!

Kind hearts are the gardens, Kind thoughts are the roots, Kind words are the flowers, Kind deeds are the fruits, Take care of your garden And keep out the weeds, Fill it with sunshine Kind words and kind deeds. ~Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Wednesday Wings - Fascinated with Flight

(This pic was taken back in September)
I am fascinated with butterflies and birds in flight. Actually all flying creatures fascinate me. They seem so graceful and carefree.
We are each of us in this world an angel with only one wing. In order to fly we must embrace each other. ~Unknown

Wings on Wednesday ~ Oh What Freedom

"How does one become a butterfly?" she asked pensively. "You must want to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar." - Trina Paulus
