Madness.....sheer madness. That is the only way I can describe what is going on at the deli at the moment.
We are turning out individual Gingerbread Houses and Gingerbread men/women/trees like fiends and Fruit Cakes and Mince Pies are yet to come!!
We are coming up to our last Fairy Floss Market for the year and I have been baking like a monster!
