When Gingerbread goes BAD!

Madness.....sheer madness. That is the only way I can describe what is going on at the deli at the moment.

We are turning out individual Gingerbread Houses and Gingerbread men/women/trees like fiends and Fruit Cakes and Mince Pies are yet to come!!

We are coming up to our last Fairy Floss Market for the year and I have been baking like a monster!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!! Well, not really in Australia.....it is supposed to be getting hotter, but in Melbourne right now it is just getting weirder with the weather changing all the time!
