Mark Wayne Salling (born August 17, 1982) is an actor and musician. He currently plays the character Noah "Puck" Puckerman on Fox's hit musical comedy Glee. Salling was raised in Dallas, Texas,but born in Belfast,Northern Ireland. He graduated from Lake Highlands High School in 2007. Salling later attended the Los Angeles Music Academy in 2008. In 2009 he went to the Isle of Wight where he continued with his music and acting skills before going back to America to audition for Noah "Puck" Puckerman in Glee. Salling sings, writes, and plays guitar in a solo project under the stage name Jericho. Jericho's debut album, Smoke Signals, was released in 2008. He sang a cover version of Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline" on an episode of Glee.
