"I do not weather the storm--I am the Storm."

This week there has been a lot of discussion on reclaiming our place as or becoming Beings of consequence, creative forces, whirlwinds of accomplishment, and wild wishes. While in my studio, I got to chewing on "consequence". I wanted to make a mantra card for the Woman of Action. A card that says: " I am not a rubber ducky bobbing along in the bathtub, I am not a leaf being sucked down a storm drain, I am most certainly not a doormat for soggy boots. But I am a Tempest-- excited about my life and my abilities. Not only am I a relentless Westerly, but I have the aptitude to help fill other's sails and sweep them off their feet into their own gale force gust of creative consequence. This is a lady that Gets It Done."

Seeing as it is a mantra card and not a mantra novel, I opted to condense a tad.:)

So--Here's to Happenings, to the animation of IDEAS, formation of Alliances, blowing kisses to The Challenge and making commitments to FORTITUDE! Here's to the Storm.
