Something about the look of old-fashioned lace just seems timelessly romantic, to me. I'm loving these contemporary takes on doily design. I'm especially enamored of the pendant light, and the way it throws beautiful intricate patterns of shadows and light.

Here are two new earrings just created. A sterling silver, hammered, pear-shaped hoop, with turquoise chips. The second, a sterling silver "knot" with lapis lazuli round beads.

All of these pendants and earrings are made with yet another polymer clay variation of an antique mokume gane technique. It seems that the possibilities of even this technique alone are endless, not to mention all the other ways of working with polymer clay!

INCREDIBLE
