Why do you Gluten Free?
My mum has coughed for most of her life. Coughed because of anything and everything.....coughed when waking up; coughed after drinking wine; coughed when cooking; coughing, coughing, coughing.....and noone knew (doctors) what was wrong. Shout Out!
Welcome to Melbourne Hot Toffee!!!
Hot Toffee are a Queensland small business that does the nicest hair pins, earrings and just lovely stuff.....Nicole set up a kiln in her house in Brisbane and handmakes all her own jewellery. She is an amazing designer, and I have to boast that I have quite a few of her lovely hairpins and magnets that I just love!!!

Bits of Toffee
The gluten free month of April was a wake up call to me. I have it so easy not being allergic to anything and I have to admit I had a really hard time not eating anything with flour in it. So when I couldn't eat flour I researched and found a gluten free flour and started cooking away.
