Bits of Toffee

The gluten free month of April was a wake up call to me. I have it so easy not being allergic to anything and I have to admit I had a really hard time not eating anything with flour in it. So when I couldn't eat flour I researched and found a gluten free flour and started cooking away.

I wanted to create dishes (especially sweets) that didn't have chemicals and powders that were hard to find and
