I met my mentor on a tv show. It was called My Restaurant Rules. It was in 2005.Deb and I have worked together on and off again since then until she had a car accident in 2008.  Ever since I have known Debra I have always loved the steel that she used to sharpen her knives.
It is old and loved; the handle is wooden and it twists together; it is heavy and well loved. It was her dads.
