Beyonce Knowles may be counting down the days until her unborn child rears its sure to be talented and beautifully blessed head, but in the mean time the 1+1 singer has delivered her new video 'Countdown' as we patiently wait.
Sampling the countdown from Boys II Men track 'Uhh Ahh' with a mix of B's own diva-tude in between each number from 10 to 1, 'Countdown' is one of the more energetic and old-school anthems to come from Beyonce's phenomenal fourth studio album simply entitled '4'.
The video was directed by Adria Petty who directed Sweet Dreams back in 2009 showcasing Beyonce plus baby in a variety of colorful outfits featuring trumpets, chairs and flash photography. Although anyone who puts Beyonce Knowles in a turtle neck needs shot. The Crazy In Love performer also sports around 90 wigs throughout.
Beyonce is set to feature on Mary J Blige's new album. The full video for 'Countdown' premiered October 6 via B's website and MTV following a series of preview clips throughout the week leading up to its release. The track gets its official release here in the UK on October 30.
