Britney Spears Delivers 'Criminal' Video

Britney Spears may not be able to hold a) a relationship b) a marriage or c) a live performance together but when it comes to her latest project Femme Fatale, her videos haven't been too shabby. So it comes as no surprise when her latest visual for new single 'Criminal' premiered online earlier today and was actually rather decent.

The video was directed by I Wanna Go's Chris Mars Piliero and sees Britney kick her abusive and disrespectful husband where it hurts (literally) before jumping on the back of the ruggedly handsome bad boy (Brit's real-life boyfriend Jason Trawick...she sure can pick em) for an exciting life as a possible fugitive. In between the sex, the robberies and the whirlwind bullets display, Britney shows there's still some life left in the older, slightly medicated, dog yet.

Putting those well learned Crossroads acting skills to good use I see.

'Criminal' is pretty much the only ballad to come from Brit's seventh studio effort, and with a guitar driven melody and folk style flute instrumental backed by Max Martin's writing, its more than likely going to be another hit for the Toxic star.

'Criminal' was shot in Stoke Newington, London. Britney's second remix album entitled 'B In The Mix: The Remixes Vol.2' was released October 7.

Take a look at Britney letting her hair down (not shaving it again thank God) in her story driven new video below.
