Clint Mauro (born 1986) is an American model, aspiring actor and writer best known for his appearance in an Armani Exchange underwear campaign. Clint Mauro was raised in Mishawaka, Indiana to an Italian American family; his father was a fan of Clint Eastwood, whom he named his son after. Mauro attended Mishawaka High School where he was team captain and MVP twice in his basketball team. After high school he briefly attended Anderson University before moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in modeling and acting.
After being rejected by several local modeling agencies, he was scouted by Al David while working as a sales clerk at an Abercrombie & Fitch store, David decided to bring him to Miami to begin production on developing his style and look for the industry. After four intensive days of working with David, Mauro had learned what his look and market was, soon he returned to Los Angeles, with David as his agent, he started to steadily get work in the fashion industry. After exposure on the cover of Out magazine and several fashion news spreads, he worked with renowned photographers Bruce Weber and Tony Duran and a few others. In August 2007 he achieved supermodel status when he was featured in an Armani Exchange underwear campaign. Mauro Stands 6'2" feet tall, he enjoys writing, Goosebumps, really anything R.L. Stein, acting, ice cream, snowboarding, working out, playing basketball, puppy dogs and watching movies.
