Miley Cyrus Heart Pinky Tattoo

Miley Cyrus has gotten a third tattoo. She was spotted with a small heart on her right pinky finger. Miley's other tattoos are "Just Breathe" on her chest and "Love" on her ear.UPDATE: July 31, 2011.Miley got another tattoo on her right hand.
