I'm loving the ikat fabric trend going on in fashion and decor these days. The patterns are timelessly cool, and the colors range from subtle to exuberant. There is just something special about these lively patterned fabrics.

two cute: twin beds

I really like the idea of having two matching twin beds in a guest room. My boyfriend and I will be decorating the spare bedroom in our new house, for his young daughters to stay in, when they visit us on weekends. So I'm looking for inspiration for their room. I especially like the use of a focal point between the beds, such as a pretty vintage lamp.
