Baklava

Have you ever tried any of the recipes on the backs of the boxes they come in?

I would figure that they are the best way to try out the product, so when I had two boxes of Filo pastry I turned over the box and saw Baklava on the back. Yep, that sounds exactly like me!




With a few alterations and a few batches later (and loads of tasting!) I have come up with my version of this classic.
