My Mum's Peanut Butter Cookies

My brother and I would always ask my mum to make peanut butter cookies when we were kids so that we could take them with our lunches and have them for afternoon snacks. As we got older the request whenever I came home to visit never changed however I did get the recipe from her so that I could make them over and over again. Now at Windsor Deli we are making the exact same Peanut Butter
