Jams and Windsor Deli Products

When I was an apprentice all I wanted to learn how to make was jams, pickles and chutneys. I wanted to know how my grandma used to make her traditional marmalade with Seville oranges. Now Alan and I have had the chance to be able to test out our jams, chutneys and pickles.Strawberry Jam, Blackberry Jam, Raspberry Jam and Blueberry Jam have all been made at Windsor Deli in the past 2 months.
