The video for Miley's new song Can't Be Tamed premiered on E! today. The video features Miley in a bird cage and wearing lots of feathers. Miley is a bird in the video and her name Avis (or Aves) is Latin for bird.Ladies and gentlemen welcome to the museum. Tonight we are proud to unveil our greatest exhibit yet.
